Yes, not only am I a mother to 3 young men, I’m a spiritual mom to 169 seminarians!
Creighton University is the home to The Institute for Priestly Formation. I’ve been involved with this organization for several years. My role is very small. I pray. I pray a Hail Mary every day during the Institute’s summer session for the seminarians. Fr. Gabuzda, the executive director, refers to these prayers as the “Dome of Grace”.
The Spiritual Moms program began in 2008. I think I may have been an inaugural mom! But I refer to myself as a bonus mom. I didn’t want the sole responsibility of praying for one seminarian so I just spread my Hail Mary around to reach all 169 seminarians.

I know many of my friends pray for vocations, but this summer, can you sneak in an extra daily Hail Mary for one of my spiritual sons?
